Returns & Exchanges

Franklin Michelle accepts returns and exchanges made within 15 days of purchase for US and International Orders.

  • Merchandise purchased from FranklinMichelle.com may be returned by mail only. 
  • Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Purchaser will need to pay for return shipping, but Franklin Michelle will ship any exchanged merchandise free of charge if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, etc.)
  • All Franklin Michelle special occasion items or item that are delivered with an attached Do not remove tag can not be returned if this tag is removed or tampered with in anyway for any reason.

*Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your item before you remove this tag.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request .

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  • Login to your account
  • View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu
  • Click the Return Item(s) button and your done.

We'll notify you via e-mail with your return number once we've received and processed the returned item.

RETURNS WITH NO RECEIPT

International returns made without the original receipt on franklinmichelle.com may be credited back as a merchandise credit if we are able to search and locate the order under the original payment method or order number. If the information cannot be located we will not be able to process a return and a a courtesy search will don't be done.

US returns made without the original receipt on franklinmichelle.com may be credited back as a merchandise credit if we are able to search and locate the order under the original payment method or order number. If the information cannot be located we will not be able to process a return.

If we conduct a courtesy search and cannot locate your original purchase, you may make an exchange for merchandise equal to or greater in value. The item you are exchanging will be valued at the current selling price to determine the exchange value. If the exchange is for greater value, you will need to pay the difference. We will not issue a merchandise credit and we will not exchange merchandise for items of lesser value.


GIFT RETURNS (NOT GIFT CARD OR E-GIFT CARD RETURNS)

Returning items received as a gift must be returned with the original receipt for a merchandise credit or an exchange.

Returns or exchange by mail, please ensure that you check the proper box on the front of the invoice that came with the order. If you check 'If this was a gift: Refund Me,' a merchandise credit will be applied online and account will need to be created.

If you check the box 'If this was a gift: Refund the Giver,' the refund will be credited back to the original form of payment. If you fail to check either box on an order which has been designated as a gift, the refund will be credited back to the original form of payment.

RETURN LABEL (for information only) Currently we do not offer return labels

When returning items, affix the specified carrier return label to the outside of your return package. Check off one of the selections for the reason of your return on the invoice and include it with the package. If the label is lost or not included in the original delivered package, you may return items via insured to:

FranklinMichelle.com is not responsible for missing or damaged packages in transit. We recommend shipping your return with insurance and hold onto your receipt until your return is processed. 

REFUND

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it  and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

Once your return has been processed and refunded you will receive a email confirmation. 
If you paid with a Promotional Code: We will exchange the item for the same style in another size or color. (If you choose to exchange the item for a different style, the discount can't be transferred.)
Refunds include the taxes originally paid on the item being returned.
If you pay using both a gift card and a credit card, and later decide to return your purchase, the amounts are credited differently depending on whether you return all or part of the original purchase total. For example, if you split a $100 total between a gift card and a credit card, we would refund half the return to the credit card, and half to a new E-gift card. But if you returned only one item with a cost of $60, we would refund $50 of that to your credit card and $10 to a new E-gift card. And if you returned the $40 item, the entire refund would go to the credit card.

RETURN PRICE

Return price is the amount you paid originally for the merchandise after the discounts that were applied. 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We will process an adjustment onetime for items that have been lowered in price within 5 days of your purchase date. 

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.

Want us to reship a refused or undeliverable package? 

The new shipping costs depend on which new shipping method you choose or offered by Franklin Michelle.

If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, you are subject to the above return shipping costs as well as a 15% restocking fee.
