Delivery Options and Details 

For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. As a result on occasion there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable; charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items. Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. Franklin Michelle is closed for the observance of major United States holidays. Orders placed on major holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.

Shipping Method

Pending order verification and credit approval, orders will arrive as per selected shipping option. Orders placed with Standard shipping will ship within 1-7 business days. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days. Franklin Michelle reserves the right to send packages via other shipping methods based on the shipping destination as long as orders will still arrive within the arrival times outlined on FranklinMichelle.com. To ensure prompt delivery, orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day. Orders greater than 30 units are not eligible for expedited shipping (2-Business-Day, Next Day or Saturday delivery). 

Please note: Pre-Order allows you to order items that are not immediately available for shipping and, therefore, won't ship until a later date. You can expect your pre-ordered items to arrive by the expected delivery date, which is shown for each pre-order item in your Shopping Bag and included in your Pre-Order confirmation email. Pre-ordered items may arrive sooner than the expected delivery date. Please also note that the expected delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. You will be notified via email if there is an issue that will delay your delivery beyond the expected delivery date. 

Please note: Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There is no additional charge for subsequent shipments for the same order.

FREE US Standard Shipping

Offer is valid on orders of or over a certain dollar amount placed online at franklinmichelle.com for U.S. Standard Shipping. No promo code required to redeem free shipping, just select Free Shipping during checkout. Offer is subject to change without notice. If an expedited shipping method is chosen, Second Day Delivery or Overnight Delivery, the stated shipping and handling fees will apply. If you return a portion of your online purchase, shipping charges will be assessed for the return shipping costs. Sales tax and gift wrap are not included in total minimum purchase requirement calculation. Not valid on previous purchases.  

U.S. Standard Shipping

Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 7-14 business days for the United States and selected Territories. Most orders may have a typical 2-5 business day processing time which may vary. This time schedule is noted on the product details pages of each product. Please allow up to 14 business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

When you choose the Standard delivery option, packages are delivered Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm to residential or business addresses only.

You will be asked to provide a telephone number on the shipping page of checkout, which is important in the event the courier needs to arrange a delivery time with you. You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed. 

Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing.  

Multiple Addresses 

There is a additional charge for each additional shipping address. If you would like to send a shipment to more than one address, simply click 'Ship to multiple addresses' during checkout. If you choose to ship Standard delivery and are shipping to multiple addresses, you will be charged the selected shipping amount per address. Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient address, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges. 

Please Note: if your order requires personalizing (Create Your Own), please allow the additional processing time listed on the product details page to ensure timely delivery.  

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are shipped separately from merchandise items; there is no shipping & handling charge for Gift Cards delivered via Standard Delivery. 

E-Gift Cards 

E-Gift Cards are not subject to shipping charges and are delivered to the email of the purchaser.  

 

CHECK ORDER STATUS AND TRACK SHIPMENTS ONLINE

If you have a registered account with FranklinMichelle.com, it is easy to check the status of your orders. Simply go to View Order History under My Account. From there, click on any order number for its complete order detail, including its tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number takes you directly to the shipping carrier's website, where you can follow the progress of your shipment(s). 

If you do not have a FranklinMichelle.com account yet, set one up under My Account. You also can track an order by entering your order number and billing zip code under Track Your Order.
